Getting a craving for that tomato/ketchup based sauce and beef flank steak that my dad used to make for me over lo-mein noodles, I tried my luck at Lin’s Chinese next to Madison Square Park. I was hoping for some red sauce, but it was brown. Not bad, but not what I was hoping for. So much sauce leaking all over my bag, I had to finish it all because I didn’t want to clean it up to save for leftovers. I’m not sure if that’s a bad thing.
