They’re setting up the Big Apple BBQ in Madison Square Park now for the weekend. Good luck at that clusterfuck. I did manage to get some pulled pork from one booth last year with no line. I came really late though. It wasn’t that good. Maybe that’s why there was no line. I think the secret is to get the Fast Pass, hit up Ed Mitchell (The Pit) and Chris Lilly (Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q) and gorge yourself or share with friends. Or walk down the street to RUB BBQ? …get the burnt ends.
