I know this Grandma slice from Maffei is a favorite among my co-workers. We’ve had it many times delivered for office parties. Never was a big fan until I had this slice cut from a fresh whole pizza right out of the oven. Tangy and sweet sauce, soft but with crisp edges. I get it now.
