I picked three items from the steam trays on white rice for $3. Dang! I walked to the hand ball courts to eat, taking in pictures as if I was relaxing and watching them play for the food blog. But then realized I wasn’t paying attention, just taking pics and thinking how I would write this post. I was missing out on what was happening now. I was missing the moment. That night I watched Kung Fu Panda which would have gone great with panda head noodles. There was a great quote with the old wise tortoise when he says to Kung Fu Panda “Quit… don’t quit. Noodles… don’t noodles. You are too concerned with what was and with what will be. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.” Dang, I gotta start reading some Eckhart Tolle.
