My mom showed me how to make Chinese Ginger and Scallion sauce. It’s great with shrimp, crab and steamed chicken. The best!

    Looks yummy! I’d like to cook it. However my husband doesn’t like scallion. How do you think if it’s possible to substitute scallion for something else?

    Love the video, Ive watched it a few times i think it might be useful to list the amount and some summarized directions so people dont have to watch the video over and over again?
    Your mum has been really helpful since my own is in another country and i find myself craving certain foods that she used to make, but unable to do a small key thing eg. the sauce.
