Over the past year or so, I’ve really been watching what I eat. Or maybe more watching what I shouldn’t eat from the Internet. A while back I came across this video of this vegan chick talking about how dairy gives you acne. She keeps saying we are sucking on a mama cow’s titties. I can’t believe it’s not viral.

Well, I cut back on a lot of dairy since then …also starchy carbs, processed meats and sweets. 80% of my meals is now meat, vegetables and straight liquor. I guess that doesn’t make me much a good food blogger, but my complexion has never looked better. Diet and breathing exercises for stress reduction has helped a lot …even the dermatitis on my face has been cleared.

Now I eat how I eat, I can’t believe I used to have dairy, carbs and marshmallow charms for breakfast everyday as a kid. Hard to imagine that was normal.

It makes me wonder if other food bloggers go through the same thing –eating really bad for the blog, but start to learn how to eat healthier. …I guess I still eat shitty (as you can see), but it’s not every single meal anymore.
