Tonight for Easter Sunday, I made this Chicken a la King Minis –using small biscuits.

This time I did use frozen peas and carrots instead of from the can. It really didn’t make too much difference. It was still salty. Turns out it’s the biscuits that give it that overly salty/buttery taste. I would love to try topping this off with a layer of tator tots instead. Next time.

All this to eat while watching a Ryan Gosling movie. Turns out Ryan Gosling is the new Easter Bunny with these Twitter/Ryan Gosling eggs hidden all over NY. My friend Carmen found three of them!
