Zzalgern0n is back from his trip abroad. He’s not a vegan anymore. We went to Lam Zhou Handpulled Noodle on East Broadway. I guess I called it Lan Zhou before, only because Yelp calls it that. I don’t know who’s right. The restaurant sign or Yelp. Everything is still cheap. $4.50 for our bowls of handpulled noodle soup. $2 for the 8 boiled dumplings. Beef tendon was tough, but the noodles are still as good as ever.

I’m making a movie right now with Zzalgern0n before he’s shipped off to Finland. It’s going to be awesome. Can’t wait to show it.

Lan Zhou Handmade Noodle – 144 East Broadway (btw Allen & Essex) New York, NY

Spoiler Alert! This is the ending to the movie we shot today.

Try the dry noodle with pork sauce! It’s like this delicious Chinese spaghetti.

That sounds good. I remember having what would be Chinese Spaghetti in China when I visited as a kid. I remember not liking it. They put a raw egg on top. …I always wanted to eat KFC and McDonald’s while I was there. But now I’d be interested in Chinese spaghetti I think.
