Then I put a half drunken can of PBR (with the help of Rusty) up the cavities of the hens. I remember one of the guys took a lot of stretching, but I eventually got that beer up its butt. Baked them in the oven at 375 for around 2 & 1/2 hours. The little guys came out real moist and falling to pieces.

I made these for Thanksgiving and beyond disappointed! the bake time is far too long and should have come out of the oven at about an hour, hour and 15 minutes tops! 2 and 1/2 hours of baking time was too much and they turned out so dry that I threw mine away. If making these definitely decrease the baking time. check other recipes for a more accurate time.
