If you get the Criolla platter, you get two meats with rice, beans, dressing, maduros …wth is maduros? …it’s plaintains! oh they out! dang. they gave me guac instead which I rather have anyway. So I came out ahead for $7.50. I got the pernil roast pork and the Carne Caribbean (beef seasoned with caribbean spices) …this thing swas so tender, it kept breaking off my plastic fork. Then I think I sweet talked my way into some extra sauces …jalapeno red sauce and orange Thousand Island lookin Chipotle mayo.
