I tried out Uncle Steve’s Arrabiata Sauce, made by Sopranos actor Steve Schirripa. Arrabiata is a spicy tomato sauce and means, “Angry” in Italian.
I used the sauce with meatballs and Italian sausage. Pretty good sauce. Had a nice spiciness to it. Not too crazy hot, but hotter than I expected for a pre-packaged grocery sauce. I like that the sauce doesn’t contain sugar, which a lot of pre-packaged sauces have.

Odd that it doesn’t contain a little bit of sugar; sugar cuts the acid in the tomatoes.
