With all the kids at Shonali’s Indian dinner, I asked if I could do a magic show. I was surprised anyone would say yes. Here’s one of the tricks I did, which is also the first thing I’ve ever done on stage in elementary school. My friend Corey and I did a bunch of tiny magic tricks you get in a kid’s magic set to a whole crowd in the auditorium. No one could see them because we were so far, except for this one magic coloring book. Then they replayed it on closed circuit TV two days later. Mary Beth called me out that I was wearing the same shirt. I was so embarrassed.
