Soy Sauce Mayo

I don’t remember how it came up, but Malia and I invented Soy Sauce Mayo in conversation. Well I looked it up and Wikipedia says the Japanese often mix their mayonnaise with soy sauce as dips, so maybe we didn’t. I tried it myself. It made my Boca chicky patty salty, creamy and like it had soy sauce on it. I can see how it taste Japanese –the flavor reminded me of Okonomiyaki pancakes with mayonnaise & Worcestershire-type sauce.

I suppose if it wasn’t for the Japanese, we would have invented it.
