My leftover pan fried Spam (w/ oregano and Balsamic Vinegar), Bonnie’s leftover Rosh Hashanah Challah bread (I dipped in egg and cinnamon powder, pan fried with olive oil to golden brown perfection), leftover salad, mayo & syrup. Turned out to be one of the best Monte Cristo sandwiches I’ve had or best use of Spam for that matter.

Embarrassingly my first time making french toast and I usually like to think I don’t know what the hell I’m doing in the kitchen, but maybe I do …at least working with Spam.

OK, I have to say that I was intrigued with the 1st spam sandwich (anything that includes a fried egg shows up in my dreams) but this looks absolutely delicious. I may just pick up some spam to try this. Amazing!!

Thanks guys. I should note that Spam smells like cat food when you open up the can …but the fancy kind of cat food.

I came over here from Yum Yucky to see if that really was Spam in that delicious-looking sandwich. IT IS!
But it still looks delicious. I’d try a bite. With extra syrup, please.

I’m over her from Yum Yucky, too. OMG. Salivating all over the place. You had to go and put syrup on it, too. I think it must be a day’s worth of calories, but yeah. I’d do it.

I’m really enjoying the theme/design of your weblog. Do you ever run into any web browser compatibility problems? A small number of my blog visitors have complained about my site not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Chrome. Do you have any advice to help fix this problem?|
