After taking a cue from the Time Out article where I got Grand Morelos’ chilaquiles, I went to check out the other place the line cook recommended for the chicken enchilada. Boy was it good and so spicy. I had to put spicy guacamole on it to cool it down. I’m not sure if that makes sense.
