This Lan Zhou Hand Pulled is relatively new on Division St in Manhattan Chinatown. I got the House Special with all types of beef you probably wouldn’t normally eat like tripe (Stephen Baldwin is a wuss?), tail (I love tail), and omasa. What is beef omasa? The Internet doesn’t even know. I wasn’t sure if my noodle was really hand pulled because it looked like ramen. But I did see one noodle a tiny bit bigger than the other, so maybe so? …I prefer the hand pulled on East Broadway. But this one on Division does also have Banh Mi.
