I walked into this hole in the wall that used to be called Famous Curry & Kabab. It’s now Sonali. There was no one in there. They didn’t have a lot of selection of food steam trays. The lunch special seemed kinda pricey at $8. The guy that looked like an Indian Doc Brown seemed pretty happy that I walked in. I felt bad for them so I ordered the lunch special. I went to the park to eat it and I thought it was delicious. Kinda on the sweet side of curry.

love that place! looks like some of the veg you got is not their best; their channa is amazing, as is their okra, green papaya and some other random specials. the place isn’t exactly hit-or-miss; it’s usually hit and the selection changes constantly. hit it up again; the evening is a better chance for sure (it’s a cabbie spot so it gets bumping later).
