One of the best burgers I’ve had in NY. Second to Matt’s grilled buttered portobello mushroom burger which you can only get when he grills out again.

my old friend stephanie sugawara was the chef who develeped the dumont burger. she also made their mac’n'cheese recipe too. and maybe she’s cook for the prez at the inauguration. that’s still a maybe though. i can give you some of her burger tips and m’n'cheese recipe once i get them from her.
